Common Use: A blissful herbal blend, hot or iced, any time of the day. Steep about 2 grams for 5 minutes or to taste.

Ingredients: Damiana leaf, Lemon Verbana, Lavender Flowers, Cleaners Herb, Oat Straw, Calendula petals. (see below for more details about each ingredient)

• Damiana Leaf: Traditionally it has been used as an aphrodisiac, relaxant, digestive stimulant, and for its positive, emotionally uplifting effect.

• Lemon Verbana: known to have a calming effect on the nervous system and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, promotes relaxation and improves sleep.

• Lavender flowers: known for its calming properties and improves sleep quality. It is also known to relieve headaches.

• Cleavers herb: often used as a cleansing lymphatic tonic, and as a gentle diuretic

• Oat Straw: contains protein saponins, flavonoids, alkaloids, steroidal compounds, vitamins B1, B2, D, E, carotene, starch, fat, minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iron, and trace elements like silicon and potassium. It is highly valued for its support of the nervous system and prescribed to restore balance and a sense of calm in depressed, exhausted, and anxious individuals, or those who are suffering from insomnia.

• Calendula petals: used as an anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial tea that is said to help treat urinary tract infections. Great for soothing and sleep.
