With electrolyte-rich sea greens (like dulse, wakame, and nori) and replenishing fruits like dragonfruit and pomegranate, this blend is absolutely perfect for hydration, recovery, and daily rejuvenation. 


1. Revive & Glow Electrolyte Elixir

Perfect for: Post-workout hydration or an afternoon energy reset.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of your electrolyte blend

  • 1½ cups cold coconut water (or still mineral water)

  • ½ lemon or lime, juiced

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or raw honey (optional)

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker bottle or jar with a tight lid.

  2. Shake vigorously until blended.

  3. Pour over ice and enjoy immediately.

Tip: Add a pinch of Himalayan salt for extra electrolyte power.

Ingredients:
