Boost Recipes - Matcha Coconut Blend

We've got a beautiful combo here: matcha for clean energy and focus, moringa for nutrient density and detox, and coconut milk powder for creaminess. Here are 3 easy and nourishing recipes using this blend:


1. Creamy Matcha Morning Latte

Perfect for: A calm, focused start to your day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of your matcha-moringa-coconut blend

  • 1 cup steamed milk (oat, almond, etc.)

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

  • Splash of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat milk (don’t boil! About 160–170°F is perfect).

  2. Whisk in the powder blend until frothy and smooth.

  3. Stir in sweetener and vanilla, if using.

  4. Sip and enjoy the mellow, focused energy.

 


 2. Green Glow Smoothie

Perfect for: A midday energy boost or post-workout refresh.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk

  • 1 tsp of your blend

  • Handful of spinach (optional)

  • 1 tsp chia seeds or flax (optional)

  • Ice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and top with a sprinkle of hemp seeds or coconut flakes if you’re feelin’ fancy.

 


 3. Matcha Moringa Bliss Balls

Perfect for: Clean snacking or a healthy afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pitted dates

  • ½ cup cashews or almonds

  • 2 tsp of your blend

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: shredded coconut for rolling

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until sticky and doughy.

  2. Roll into small balls.

  3. Coat in shredded coconut if desired.

  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before eating. Store in an airtight container.
